Herstellergarantie – Allgemeine Bestimmungen

für alle Produkte produziert für die Firma HiCraft GmbH

1. Garantiezeit

Auf unsere Produkte gewähren wir eine freiwillige Herstellergarantie von 3 Jahren ab Kaufdatum beim Endverbraucher.
Diese Garantie ergänzt die gesetzliche 2-jährige Gewährleistung nach EU-Recht und schränkt diese nicht ein.

2. Garantieumfang

Die Garantie deckt Material- und Herstellungsfehler bei normaler und bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung ab.
Im Garantiefall erfolgt nach Wahl des Herstellers eine kostenlose Reparatur, ein Austausch des Gerätes oder eine Kaufpreiserstattung.

3. Ausnahmen von der Garantie

Kein Anspruch besteht bei:

  • unsachgemäßer Nutzung, Sturz, Stoß oder Flüssigkeitsschäden
  • eigenmächtiger Reparatur oder Veränderung am Gerät
  • normalem Verschleiß von Verbrauchsteilen
  • Beschädigung durch äußere Einflüsse wie Spannungsschwankungen oder Umwelteinflüsse
  • Entfernung oder Veränderung der Seriennummer

Manufacturer’s Warranty – General Terms and Conditions

for all products manufactured for HiCraft GmbH

1. Warranty Period

We provide a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase by the end consumer.
This warranty is in addition to the statutory 2-year legal guarantee under EU law and does not limit it.

2. Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.
In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer may choose to provide a free repair, replacement of the device, or a refund of the purchase price.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

No warranty claim exists in cases of:

  • improper use, drops, impacts, or liquid damage
  • unauthorized repair or modification of the device
  • normal wear and tear of consumable parts
  • damage caused by external influences such as voltage fluctuations or environmental effects
  • removal or alteration of the serial number

Záruka výrobce – Obecná ustanovení

pro všechny výrobky vyrobené pro společnost HiCraft GmbH

1. Záruční doba

Na naše výrobky poskytujeme dobrovolnou záruku výrobce v délce 3 let od data zakoupení koncovým spotřebitelem.
Tato záruka doplňuje zákonnou dvouletou odpovědnost za vady podle práva EU a nijak ji neomezuje.

2. Rozsah záruky

Záruka se vztahuje na vady materiálu a výrobní vady při běžném a řádném používání.
V případě uznané reklamace bude podle volby výrobce provedena bezplatná oprava, výměna zařízení nebo vrácení kupní ceny.

3. Výjimky ze záruky

Nárok na záruku nevzniká v případě:

  • nesprávného používání, pádu, nárazu nebo poškození kapalinou
  • svévolné opravy nebo úpravy zařízení
  • běžného opotřebení spotřebních dílů
  • poškození způsobeného vnějšími vlivy, jako jsou výkyvy napětí nebo vlivy prostředí
  • odstranění nebo změny sériového čísla

Garantie fabricant – Conditions générales

1. Durée de la garantie

Nous accordons une garantie fabricant volontaire de 3 ans à compter de la date d’achat par le consommateur final.
Cette garantie s’ajoute à la garantie légale de 2 ans prévue par le droit de l’Union européenne et ne la limite pas.

2. Étendue de la garantie

La garantie couvre les défauts de matériau et de fabrication dans le cadre d’une utilisation normale et conforme.
En cas de recours à la garantie, le fabricant choisira entre la réparation gratuite, le remplacement de l’appareil ou le remboursement du prix d’achat.

3. Exclusions de la garantie

Aucun droit à la garantie n’existe en cas de :

  • mauvaise utilisation, chute, choc ou dommages causés par des liquides
  • réparation ou modification non autorisée de l’appareil
  • usure normale des pièces consommables
  • dommages causés par des influences extérieures telles que des fluctuations de tension ou des effets environnementaux
  • retrait ou modification du numéro de série
